What makes LRE unique and successful is the people behind the power. 

From our offices to construction and operations workers to community partners, LRE employees and key stakeholders merge teamwork, innovation, and dedication to responsibly develop, construct and operate clean energy solutions. When it comes to clean energy, LRE does things differently, and we do them well.  

As part of our 2025 LRE Summit we spoke with employees and partners about what makes LRE unique among renewable energy companies. We heard from a diverse group ranging from LRE safety and process optimization leaders to community partners and even the CEO. Their comments reaffirm LRE’s commitment to everything from land stewardship and sustainability – such as utilizing sheep and bees at our projects – to innovative practices such as using robotics to place solar panels. Together, they confirm that our diverse and committed workforce and partners are making a positive difference in the world.
