Christopher Sotos

Christopher Sotos currently serves on the Board of LRE (Leeward Renewable Energy) and as a Senior Advisor to OMERS Infrastructure, focused on power generation.  He brings approximately 25 years of power generation experience in both renewable and fossil generation, with his most recent roles being Owner of Archon Advisors, LLC, advising clients such as Apollo, OMERS Infrastructure, and Clearway Energy Inc’s (“CWEN”) Independent Directors from June 2024 to June 2025.   

Christopher previously served as President and CEO of CWEN from May 2016 through June 2024, and as a director since May 2013 through June 2024. He had also served in various positions at NRG Energy, Inc. (“NRG”), including as Executive Vice President - Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions from February 2016 through May 2016 and Senior Vice President - Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions from November 2012 through February 2016.  

Previously, he served as NRG’s Senior Vice President and Treasurer from March 2008 to October 2012, where he was responsible for all treasury functions, including raising capital, valuation, debt administration and cash management. He also previously served as a director of FuelCell Energy, Inc. from September 2014 to April 2019.
